How it works

So you've decided to hire a private chef, what's next?  First, be prepared to discuss the details of your event.

 

  • How many guests?

  • What are the location and the venue like?

  • Will you need rental equipment?

  • What level of service will your event be requiring?

  • Do any guests have dietary restrictions? 

 

When seeking a quote, the price is determined by two main factors:

  • Menu Cost-  This will be a set price per person. The menu you choose will directly influence the cost of your menu cost. Did you choose lobster or tofu? No matter what menu you choose we always source the highest quality local ingredients available. 

  • Service Fee-  This will be one set fee determined by the number of guests in your party. This fee covers all non-food related expenses including: 

    • Customized Menu and Event Planning​

    • Uber Local / Green Shopping 

    • Service Staff (day of the event)

    • Kitchen Staff (day of the event)

    • Guest Dining Set-up 

    • Clean-up

    • Dinnerware for up to 12 guests

What else should you know?

​

  • A one-time non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

  • Tax rate of 8.54% is not included in the pricing

  • Gratuities are not required for parties of 7 or less, all other parties subjected to an 18% gratuity upon completion of services.
